Customer Service Associate Summary


Iron City Executives has been experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a talented individual to drive our customer service outreach program. This role is critical because it is our customer’s first impression of Iron City Executives.

Responsibilities Include

  • Establish strong person to person relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with our Operations team and understand the complete installation process from beginning to end.
  • Inform customers of the details and specifications on their project.
  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, or social media.
  • Follow up with New and Past customers to drive referrals and help close new business.
  • Work closely with sales department to review client requirements.
